Nice downtown gym. Really nice locker rooms with nice day locks and plenty of basic gym equipment. Note - didn’t seem like they had AC (or it wasn’t on while I was there)

The YMCA in Colorado no longer rents rooms however please check with the Coalition for the Homeless - they do offer that service.

Yes there are showers. Not sure what the cost of a day pass is, but monthly memberships run about $50/ person. You can also do a free 3 pass to try things out.

Hi Mary Anna, The downtown Y does not have a pool however members can access our other facilities and use the pool there. We do have senior programs including SilverSneakers, Renew Active, and Silver&Fit. Members also can use our virtual platform and take classes from home. We do have guidelines and limitations on locker rentals (some locations are on a wait list for locker rentals or do not offer that service at all).
