When we came in, there was a spill, one of the employees cleaned it on the floor. They served us and we got two milkshakes. But when they made our milkshakes, they were adding whipped cream and the employees hand was in the whipped cream and shake. They did not change their gloves nor did they wash their hands prior to making the shakes.

Associate was taking orders personally in the drive thru. She was pleasant and super competent. Nice touch.

Jack in the box quick bite to eat. I ordered the Taco 🌮 yummy and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My friend ordered the curly fries and a side salad too she's is a vegetarian. Place was nice and clean.

Lately there's been issues on their drive thru orders, I have been missing food in my orders that I pay for. I feel frustrated I have to go out of my way to do this and call them out on their mistakes. This time they gave me drinks first, then the food bags and they did not tell me there's more or wait, your order is not complete. . I don't know what is their problem with communication. The wait today was over 10 minutes and by the time I'm home, the food is cold and I have to reheat in the oven. I really hope they get new employees and they get their stuff together. It is called fast food for a reason plus I shouldn't be going back, it is embarrassing for me.
