Wish I could post pictures and videos on this review lol. What an absolute joke this place is. We spent over $2,000 to stay here for the week and Day one our toilet couldn't be flushed without sounding like a generator was going off (i have video)... the desk which was advertised in our room was not there and a burner on our kitchenette stove was out. The ice machine on the first floor was broken the entire time. And one of the guest wash machines was broken. Speaking of wash machines our wet clothes were stolen from the guest laundry over $600 worth of clothing stolen while on vacation and this hotel must be the only one in America without cameras. They also couldn't be bothered to look into which swipe cards entered the guest laundry to narrow down who took our clothes.

I love Homewood Suites and usually try not to stay anywhere else, but this hotel needs a lot of work. I requested a different room after the one I had smelled a little musty and the couch was dirty. The second room smelled much better but the couch was very dirty ( I covered it with a sheet to sit on it) and carpet was dirty too. Staff was awesome, breakfast was very nice. Please update soon.

Check in staff were very rude. Downgraded our rooms day of check in with no prior notification just changed them and then called and told us that we had been downgraded. Once we arrived to hotel to check in we were told that our room was changed and down graded just so a honors member could have that room. Also with the downgrade of the rooms we were still charged the same rate with no offer of a rate reduction. We were not the only ones this happen to. There was someone else checking in at the same time and he was told the same thing his room was also down graded. Once we got to our rooms one of the rooms were missing the TV and had several things that were broken. Got a room change and get to the new room to find the shower in the bathroom has black mold. All in all it was just an horrible experience.

We came to the hotel late in the evening after 4 hr of driving with 2 little kids. This is a huge hotel with 5 floors and probably few hundred rooms. There was a staff of 1 in the whole hotel. We first waited in the reception and then someone appeared 5 minutes later on her phone walking slowly towards us and asked if we want to check in. Anyway we got to our room and realized the toilet was cloaked and called reception, same person said she was alone but would try to find a plonger. After 30 min there was no news and we called back she pretty much gave an attitude and hung up on us because she was busy with someone else. At that time it was nearly midnight so we went to sleep without being able to use the bathroom. We left the hotel at 6am and told the new receptionist what happened and she said they did not know anything and they will get right to it. We came back to the hotel at 10am and it was still not taken care and we had to call maintenance again. Can't believe they can treat customers like this. We did not even receive an apology.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am however you can ask for a late check out. If your a Hilton member and that would be 12pm.
