No, PartsForScooters doesn't carry a wire harness for that vehicle.

Standard bearings more than likely. Pop out the old ones to measure their outer diameter, inner diameter and width. Then call up with those measurements.
If you can't find the part locally, give them a call. They'll ask you if you can visit one of their dealers first, but if your local dealer doesn't stock the part and you need it they'll let you pick up the part in person. It does need to be a pre-order, and they do not accept cash.
