I was very interested in purchasing an Empress 75N tub from them, but I wanted to independently verify the quality since the price point is high. I emailed for references with no response. Upon calling them and speaking with Kim, I was informed they will not provide me with any customer references. They have no distributors, showroom or online product reviews so I'm not sure how else you can possible justify buying a product that you can't get any specific feedback on? I was left feeling less than warm & fuzzy about the entire interaction. Too bad, but probably for the best - don't ignore red flags.
