The worst internet provider possible. Adding up all the days Wi-Fi is out, I probably get 1/4 weeks with no service, which is ridiculous considering their pricing and throttling. It’s important that I have a good internet connection since I’m an online student, and I am left without access to internet all the time, losing out on important assignments. I would switch so fast if there were anything else available in my area. Not to mention they hang up on you when you try to call. I had to call 4 times just to be met with an automated message when they finally did answer.

If I could give 0 stars I would Here's the most ironic thing I have ever experienced...I am having to use my VERIZON Hot Spot in order to get online to pay my TDS Bill. Their signal is so lousy I can't get enough signal to get online to pay for their service! What a JOKE!

Absolutely horrendous! We had the 10-15 mbps plan which never approached those speeds. We moved approximately 1 mile away and was told we would have a speed decrease. The decrease was to a whopping 1mbps! That’s pathetic. TDS has this area listed as “speed restricted” Anyone wanting to move here or rent here..be aware!

Just got hit with a 50% bill increase. I used their online chat help and was told it was because I was paying a "promotional price" for the first 24 months of service, and that now I am paying the regular price. I as never notified that I was paying a "promotional price" and I get rewarded for sticking with their terrible internet service for two years by a ridiculous price increase. The previous reviewer is absolutely correct. They hold a monopoly on rural areas and just plain suck.
