Jennifer was great - I’ll be a new tenant as of this weekend and I feel more comfortable living there knowing that she’s in the office. Just a great individual.

I want to start out by saying two things: first, this is the first review I have ever written, and second, you can ignore 95% of the positive reviews on here. You'll notice that these reviews all relate to maintenance requests. Well, that's because management sends out a survey after every "maintenance experience" which then automatically opens Google reviews. I know this because it happened to me. If people were out here navigating to Arrive Stamford's page to write a review on their own accord, I can assure you this place would not have a 4-star rating. Now for my own experience at Arrive Stamford... I moved to Stamford for a short-term position and was told I'd be signing a short-term lease. I communicated this with management many many times, back when they were polite to me and reassured me that the lease would only last as long as my rental offer stated. Over the months, management became increasingly curt and rude to me, and was not at all helpful with addressing my apartment issues. In fact, I'd leave the office reflecting on how I've never been spoken down to the way the leasing agents, specifically Michael, spoke to me. When it was time for my move-out date, I received move-out reminder emails and, begrudgingly, spoke to the leasing agents to make sure everything was in order. They remembered that my lease was only a three-month term before even pulling up my information. Never once was it mentioned to me that I had not given sufficient move-out notice, and why would I have expected anything different? Posted all over my leasing portal was my anticipated move-out date, the one I had agreed to during our very first meeting at Arrive Stamford. After our move-out, Arrive decided to hit us with $7,000 in "insufficient notice fees" (when on their very own lease, the early termination fee is $3,000). You can imagine our surprise and confusion. We're now drowning in these fees, and Arrive has not been empathetic throughout this process. If you rent here, you have been warned. Better start saving now.

If I could give zero stars I would. My apartment, and I assume many others are infested with multiple strains of mold. I have had this verified by an independent 3rd party lab, as well as a mold remediation company. Even with sharing this info with management they have done nothing to combat the situation, which is so bad at this point my unit is not in livable condition. My HVAC system has been broken since moving in 2 years ago. It had a steady leak for 4 months before it was finally fixed and this past summer my apartment was sweltering, almost never dropping below 85 degrees with humidity that was off the charts. The building responded to my non functional HVAC by installing one —off brand 5K BTU window unit AC, which did almost nothing but jack up my monthly electric bill. I have personally seen workers replacing flooring and walls in the units adjacent to mine and above mine in the past 2 months. However, management still refuses to admit any issues. I will post some pics, you Be the judge
