Wish I could give a zero star rating. I've always loved pizza hut but I will never go again. I placed an online order, granted I placed the order at the Adel location so the fault is mine. When I got to pizza hut in Valdosta I was told I didn't place an order, I showed the girl my order on my phone. She then asked if there was a date for the order ( Which I showed her) made me feel like I was lying to her for free food. She then called a shift lead up front for help, then I noticed that I placed the order at the wrong store. So I asked how we could fix this and the girl and shift lead then began talking to an employee who was leaving 😒 like my problem didn't matter. This is obviously the point that I became upset as I just spent 100$ and had people waiting for me to arrive with pizza. So I told the girl that I just wanted my money back and asked her how I could do this. She told me I wouldn't get my money back. We went back and forth until she finally called for the manager. She continued to have an attitude while I was talking to him trying to get my money back. The manager had to tell her to stop. So then she literally stepped to the side and began eating chicken wings. I'm a general manager at a restaurant and I would have never allowed my employees to treat a customer this way or Stand there eating where customers can see you. It's actually a health code violation and I will report it. Absolute worst experience ever.

This location puts in very hard work and is great with pick up orders. They are often covering multiple roles and do it with great customer service. Keep up the hard work.
