I can’t say enough great things about this place! Despite delays which were the fault of the manufacturer and not them, they delivered my custom made pool table exactly as ordered. I was amazed at the process of building this pool table and pleasantly surprised when James showed up in person to out it together. I am ecstatic that I did not cheap out and get a bar room table or worse yet a used one! Well worth the wait! Thank You ❤️

I had called to schedule a pool table moving. Guy said they could do 8am got a call later in the afternoon saying they had to push it back no big deal. Move day comes the pool table moving guys showed up a little earlier than expected (didn’t call to let me know which I didn’t appreciate) but regardless they did a great job taking the table apart, moving and transporting it and then assembling it in my basement. Ricky and Owen did an outstanding job and I’m very satisfied with the work that was done it was genuinely a stress free and worry free experience. The work they do is definitely top quality my only complaint with century billiards is the lack of communication and thats why I took a star off. Would have appreciated a heads up call saying they’d arrive a little early and would have also appreciated if the staff communicated with each other to let other staff know which days they’re booked and aren’t. Regardless of the small little communication mistakes the work they do is outstanding and I’m extremely happy with the result.

I can't say enough positive things about them. From walking into the store on a Saturday afternoon to getting a pool table they had in stock delivered and installed in less than 2 weeks, the entire process was much easier than I could've hoped for. I'm very happy I chose Century Billiards.
