I’ve never had to leave a poor review with a company, but they have earned this one. Unfortunately, I was recommended this company to clean my basement after my neighbors pool fell over and flooded my basement. It’s been several weeks and several emails and phone calls to even get this company to return to my property to actually do the work. They were paid through my home owners insurance. I’m assuming they didn’t know I’d be home any time soon because two vans and six workers were all in my driveway in their vans. When they saw me approach one of them yelled “breaks over” and they all unloaded out of the vans. I peeked in the basement. They had net done a single thing in the hour they’d been there. Not to mention the fact that it’s not even clean. I have a cement basement, but it is a living space for my family. I keep it very clean and it gets used often. They didn’t take their time they left dirt everywhere and just milked the insurance for their money. I will be letting my insurance company see the pictures as well. It’s a shame they didn’t care to do a good job. Especially after all I had to do to get them here in the first place. I now have to go actually clean it all. Sadly I won’t be getting paid for the job. But I guess that old saying if you want something done well you should do it yourself. Also Jason told me he would be able to sub contract everything for me. He back out of that and I’m left to do all of that on my own as well. Maybe for the best, as this company or its employees didn’t seem to have my best interest at heart.
