WORST SERVICE EVER!!! If only I could give this place a negative number. There were 2 employees when I walked into the store, but one of them was on the phone the whole time and eventually left, leaving 1 employee behind. By the time it was my turn and I finished filling out my information, the employee who was helping me kept switching between me and other customers. This turned a 5-10 minutes of work into 2 hours. The employee also did not disclose what he was doing, i.e. he chose to send my packages via express way, and decided that my receivers are corporates even though they are my parents. The packages were not sent directly to my receivers. Instead, they have to fill out some information which some of them neither of us know the answers. I cannot believe this place is legal when the employee did not even consult with the customers and disclose what choices they chose in place of customer. I repeat, WORST SERVICE EVER!! Update: I sent over the counter medication and cosmetic products internationally to my mother and mother-in-law. And DHL had the audacity to ask for a prescription. I told them it's over the counter, how am I supposed to have a prescription. Then now they said my mom cannot receive the package because the product cost in the package is over 2.000.000 VND, which is ~ $80. I have never had this ridiculous experience with any international shipping office before. The employee at this office did not disclose this information to me. Now they are trying to take more money from me by saying that the package now have to be sent back to the US and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. What kind of a scam is this?
