I visited this theater in the past, and I gotta say it has gotten a lot better. Customer service and cleanliness has improved a lot. I went with my family to watch The new Jurassic park movie and we had an amazing time! Keep it up and keep improving.

The movie screen was terribly dark. The sound audio was not working and the movie had silent parts . So overall terrible terrible quality . The recliners are comfterable but that’s the only good thing there. I have tried numerous times calling to speak with a manager yet no one is answering the phone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will not be returning.

This location needs to fix the screens for what the movies are playing on. Auditorium 9 screen has 3/4 of the screen with a blue tint. It's very distracting. Discolors everything on the screen. The movie screen should be one of the #1 priorities. I had good service in the concession stand and enjoyed the popcorn.
