I was told I would have to go to the Goodwill where I purchased my items if they exceeded $30. I have never heard of this policy and where is it on the receipt? Since they removed fitting rooms they should be more flexible with the return policy. The manager was not helpful. Talked to corporate and that policy is not true. THEY'RE MAKING THEIR OWN POLICY.

The store itself is decent. It's not in the worst location so it could be a bit cleaner. Some of the items on the shelves are in horrible condition. Stuck on food, stained/ripped clothing, broken items, to name a few. Here's the main issue, you cannot ask the same price for an item that we can literally buy brand new for the same price or less than! I don't know who's in charge of the pricing, but seriously. I'm not paying $4 for a used Walmart shirt what cost $3.98 brand new. Or, $14.99 for a floor lamp that is literally the same price as Target! Even $9.99 for a non name brand jacket with a tear in it. This Goodwill is probably the worse with poor quality items on the shelf and marked up prices. In times like this we look to places like Goodwill to help those of us that can't afford to shop for items brand new. Keep marking up prices and customers will find they get more bang for their buck at Walmart. 🤷🏻♀️ I feel I need to add that during this most recent trip I seen an upper level male employee, talking down to, and frankly pretty rudely to a younger female employee. Could definitely be a one off, we all have bad days. But, customers....don't need to see employees getting mistreated.

Best Goodwill in Phoenix . Very high end clothes donated from the multimillionaires that live near by. Many designer clothing like new for for less then the sales tax the original purchaser paid.

Yes & much more.
Yes, April 21 is 50% off day. Make a note that every other weekend is 50% off
It certainly isn't cool for them to be that way..but if you're talking about the one of 7ave, Id say im not super surprised..only because of how many homeless in the area and the fact that several times everyday they chase off people that are trying to basically stuff the whole store in their pocket. It's not right of them to treat you that way. I live near by and have seen stuff go down there more times than I can count. But especially because, I mean, if you check out the employees, it's obvious that at least half of them have had a pretty rough life. That being said, you'd think they'd understand the whole deal about not judging a book by it's cover. And upcharging? I didn't even know they did that..
No you have to drop off
Masks are required and social distancing protocols are.in place in the store and at.the check out lines
Actually but I believe it's a daily discount of 50% off based on which color tag is for that day . Also I do know that Thursday is dollar day for certain color tags Oh, so that's where you'll find me
