Their website said all was welcome on Tuesday from 3 to 5. I got to the address and was told to go down the alley. I got there and the woman looking at my drivers license said that I had to be local to get food. That is really not helpful to someone that only had a little bit of gas left and used half of it to get food.

The guidelines are based on 1.5 times the poverty level based on the total income of the household. If you have no income and are the only adult in your household you qualify.
Call Salvation Army if you are homeless. They have rooms & food.

For Project Share, yes. There other food banks in the area if you are not in Carlisle

Distribution is always the 3rd week of the month. Tuesday 12-2, Wednesday 9-11, Thursday 3:30-5:30 and Saturday 9-11. Sept 19, 20, 21, 23.
