Joey was an AMAZING sales pro. Zero pressure and he was very understanding when I decided to not make my purchase and didn’t make me feel guilty for not buying. John took care of all my needs before driving 5.5 hours to see the vehicle. Would highly recommend seeing Joey for any purchase if you want an easy and pressure free experience. No purchase yesterday but A+++ and 5 stars all day long!

So far probably the worst dealership experience I have had in 30 years. I managed to get my hands on a 2023 AWD Lyriq, I have asked for a firm price and they will not give it to me and I quote "We haven't determined pricing, because we don't know what the market will be. Also, we are trying to make sure we don't sell to an individual who intends to flip it. We are selling Escalades over MSRP, but we have been on the lower end of the market.". Basically I was lucky enough to get a car allocated and brought it to them and now they are figuring out how to fleece me for something they wouldn't even have without my pre-order from GM directly. Of course they offered to refund my $100 and keep the allocation. I reached out to corporate to see what they are going to say, and will update as I get more info.

I bought a 15 year-old car that was described by the owner of this dealership as being “in far too good condition” to auction. It is clean, but after 7 months of ownership, it’s been nothing but a money pit with one incredibly expensive repair after another. I wouldn’t trust this dealer to sell me another used car again.
