In comparison to Mr. Fix It, Mr. Fix It Too is a God-send. Literally the people working there are the best. They fixed my phone, they let me watch and stay, they charged me very little, and they treated me with respect and empathy. To top it off, they told me, “How you treat a customer is number one. Business comes second.” They made my day. They saved my phone and my faith in humanity after I got completely ripped off and treated absolutely horribly by Mr. Fix It I. Please do yourself a favor and go to Mr. Fix It Too. Thank you so much, I’ll never forget the level of empathy and leadership you have, especially towards young women. This happened a few years ago and I still think about it and I’m still so grateful.

I have had my phone fixed here. He did wonderful work. He was polite and kind. He was very professional. I would go here again, if i had any issues with my phone. The price is always reasonable.
There is two things that could have happened. One is that the screen is like a light bulb. They can burn out and not display any light. In that case you can just change out the LCD like you would with a light bulb (though i don't recommend attempting the repair unless you are familiar with taking the phone apart). The other is the same but a bit more complicated. There are components on the board that regulate the light. Think of it as the power plant. No matter how many times you change the light bulb there will still be no power. So then there are three options you can do. 1) If you have an upgrade i recommend doing this. 2) If you are still in warranty (not insurance) use the warranty 3) If you are not do for an upgrade nor have no warranty then take it to places like Mr. Fix It and have it looked at.
Probably backlight filter / Diode / coil or IC. We can fix it bring it takes less than hour
