Walked into the store on 2.8.22 with the intent to spend about 7k on my wife for Valentine's Day. Well I was there for 10 minutes and not 1 of the clerks even acknowledge my presence. They just left me wonder around the store looking at everything and not asking if they could help me at all. This is probably the worst service I have ever received from Zales. So I decided to leave went to Kay Jewelers I was greeted right away spent my money and left happy. I will never do business again with Zales.

This is an excellent jewelry store. I have purchased many items over the years and have never been disappointed. The staff are excellent and do not try to push more expensive items. Always a great experience.

Yes I just purchased 2 necklaces and an earring set last week. Great customer service, and they have a few specials going
