Brought vehicle there after recent purchase to fix several issues. Expensive but did the job. However car came back with small dent in hood. A few weeks later master cylinder failed. Had vehicle flatbedded over and explained to owner car had no brakes. Despite my warning, an employee drove vehicle into shop and ran it into back of another car, resulting in almost 6k worth of damage! Also failed to return original parts that they had replaced. Inexcusable.

Hi Jon, Thanks for contacting us. In 2006, Audi sold the A4 cabrio and the TT roadster, both of which came from the factory with heated hard glass windows. Over time the canvas tends to shrink, putting tension on the factory seal between glass and surrounding fabric, causing it to fail. The best and most reliable solution is for us to replace the entire top and heated glass window; however, if only a small section has released rebonding with 2-part adhesive may be a temporary solution. It is also possible for us to carefully remove the existing top and sew in a soft plastic window without defroster. Convertible top installation should not be attempted by anyone who is not experienced in the same, as there is a fine balance between proper appearance and smooth operation of the top. Please contact us or stop by Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or Sat. 8am-noon. Work on the car only requires one day, but if the top is to be replaced, we need a deposit to special order in advance.
