Their automated call system is a nightmare to deal with you cannot set appointments to speak with any actual people and if you go to the revenue office itself good luck being able to speak to somebody that actually knows what they’re doing and the ones who do know what they’re doing it’s almost impossible to get an appointment But God for bid you don’t pay your taxes they will just put you in jail so basically it’s impossible to deal with the IRS rationally you almost have to pay an accountant to deal with them if you’re a small business that’s not reasonable so we’re going into a recession the government is making things harder for the people and raising taxes which is also helping to put businesses out of business And with the cost inflation this is just now getting out of control

They say on web site open Monday thru Sunday all lies for local office went there today Aug 9 and had sign on door these r the only day open which was Monday and Tuesday rest of time closed

They require an appointment but can't get through on the phone. They are not open most of the time when they should be. Hopefully you can get what you need on the website,or forget it!

If you can't get in without an appointment.. and you can't make an appointment on the phone line because it's automated to say "we cannot help you right now because of call volume, please call again tomorrow...." there's something wrong. It doesn't ring. It just says that every time you call like it's set to not answer the call. Good luck to everyone with this same issue. It's the worse system I've ever seen.. and it's the government. They have a guard at every office that won't let you in without an appointment.. but again, you can't make an appointment. dumb...
