We went in with our Nissan juke....she was my pride n joy. She needed to go though. So we stopped talked to Nikki. She was so easy to work with. She ran our numbers got us in our payment range. We had a trade in and nothing down. We had been looking at jeeps for a while. So we tried 3 different jeeps. Nikki was right on it with everything. We climbed into our now 2010 wrangler and took a ride. Instantly we knew this was for us and the boys. We came back sat down with Nikki and in 30 mins we were off to go get the juke to trade her in. Nikki got us a high trade in value and was spectacular through it all. Two weeks later we stopped to check out another jeep for our daughter. Again Nikki was on it and helped us. My wife and I brought up about hunting for a soft top....again Nikki hit it out the park. We have one here 100.00. for a top that's regular 900.00....... she has done amazing and we're buying a second jeep soon for our daughter from Nikki. I cant say enough about her good work or the fact she has helped so much through this all. So grateful we met Nikki and worked with her on our new Jeep Wrangler......... Keep on ducking jeepers. It's A JEEP THING!!!!!! Loving it

Give Steve a call if you want a easy no pressure car/truck buying experience. I had a Saturday 9am appointment for a test drive. My son had to work at noon and my wife had to take him so she was not with me. We wanted to purchase the truck together if I liked the truck after the test drive. They told me to drive the truck home (I live 40 minutes away) and gave me cash to fill the tank (I made sure to get a reciept). The truck checked all the boxes for me so we decided if we could get what we needed for a trade, we would make the deal. While our trade was a little older, it had low miles, extensive documented service records, was ceramic coated & had new tires (car was spotless). Dean's recognized the condition and value and made us an offer even above what we had hoped for....wow! If you have a vehicle in good to very good condition take it to Dean's first. We'll be back next time we're in the market for a vehicle.
