The FedEx store I went to at 163 Tremont Avenue in East Orange went smooth. I received confirmation that my package reached its destination safely. The store doesn't look like the regular FedEx building but it's serving the community where I'm in pretty well.

Yes. It's a typical FedEx location. They maybe short in supplies but packages get to where they are sent.
I'm sure it depends on size, weight and when you need it to get there. Call FedEx with those details for pricing.
