We chose this spot because it was so close to our concert. Upon arrival we noticed a musty smell thru most of the hotel but especially our room. We also had a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. I had higher expectations for what we paid, but all in all it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. The front desk fella was nice and efficient.

Front desk and housekeeping were courteous upon approach. Room was basic and could have been cleaned better.

Positive: Easy access and great location for our needs. Negative: Holes in the sheets, room smelled of smoke despite being a no smoke hotel, and the air conditioner wreaked of mildew (definitely needed to be serviced).

We had to leave and go to the Holiday Inn because the expectations were not met for the price you pay. This hotel is worth $40/night. Nothing more. No breakfast, no coffee maker in the rooms, no microwave, no decent working TV. The beds are so old and hard as a brick do. It'll do in a pinch, but thats it. Will never stay here again.
