Customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, I can imagine their products. Management was no help and just as bad, no wonder!!!!!

I witnessed a woman’s car got towed while she was inside shopping. She went outside with the manager after trying to explain to him that she was inside the store shopping and the parking is free with no time limit. He did not care and did not want to help the woman who was crying bc she had to go pick up her kids from school. What a horrible experience to come out from shopping and your car is gone. The manager was unapologetic and showed no remorse.

More options than most places around the area, though employees are often a hit or miss. Either they are happy to custom, or are simply there hating the day, watching the clock, and presenting that negatively to customers
