Big big park tons of space. Parking is limited though especially when full parking lots are small. You can park along the side but also limited or in the dirt parking but will require to walk which can be long depending what of the Park your going. Park has great features big lake in the middle, playground, walk around the lake. Ride the swan boat in the lake fishing also allowed. Located next a golf course and la recreation main center. Park would get a 5 star if it was a little cleaner but overall park is great π

It would be hard to ever explore everything this park has to offer, from archery and cricket pitches, to RC airplane and sailboat areas, walking trails, fishing, paddle boating, a U.S. Armory, Japanese garden, off leash dog park, bike rentals, adaptive playground, amphitheater, running stream, and moreβ¦

The place has bike rentals and paddle boat rentals (swan) which can accommodate four riders. Food vendors are everywhere so getting hungry and thirsty while visiting the area is not a problem. There are also souvenirs shops and jewelry sellers (just dont touch the merchandise if you're not buying π€£) People are celebrating parties around the park, renting out tents, bouncy castles etc. Nice place to jog, rest, hangout.

Great place to do parties, go for picnic, or just to enjoy outdoors.

Yeah
Taco man, generally means alcohol and amplified music. Even if if doesn't, better to reserve the location in advance and get it all permitted before lapd shows up to shut you down.
All the time
Drive through Woodley towards Burbank Blvd. It is on the left. There is parking and it's free. Entry is $5 adult and $3 per child.
There is no fee to visit, however some of the activities, (golfing) do require a fee
Probably not, there's also a sign to not disturb wild life on trail.
You can fish at lake balboa but not at the lake in the wilderness preserve at Woodley park. You need a license. Occasionally fish and game are there checking for license.
About a mile or so away there is a dog park on the corner of Victory Blvd and White Oak
