Words can't not fully express how grateful I am to have come in contact with Tim. I normally read reviews but not write them. However this one I had to write. Tim is the best, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything throughly making sure I understood and got exactly what I needed. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 15yrs. This is by far my best experience, I have hearing aids now that stays in my ear, they are comfortable and I am hearing exceptional well. It is truly life changing for me.
