I didn't even want to leave 1star Called office Tuesday morning then Tuesday afternoon then Wednesday morning to make an appointment no answer left msgs . My son has a fever congestion doing poorly he has cerebral palsey so a cold can turn bad quick.no one called Thursday got a human said too busy could see him in 3 weeks. Angry 😡

I had an eye appointment today for my 4 year old after waiting 15 minutes for the front desk to open the window supposedly lunch hours are 1-2pm they opened at 2:15pm but that's just the beginning then I had to wait 30 minutes and when I complained at the reception she told me that it was not my turn yet, I suggested that it was a first date and that they had told me that I had to arrive earlier to fill out the papers, her response was “I will call her now, no I was the one who told him that and he kept talking on the phone to the tired me when I heard that his call was not for work I was bothered and told him that I would cancel the appointment .. surprising his response omg 😱 he told me “if you want that I will not cancel it it's my problem if he leaves and with a blackmail tone … I left if it was the most logical thing after such a response but nevertheless I called my son's insurance and decided to leave this review after all just so the doctors would find out, I understand that they don't they are to blame but they must Knowing that the face of any center is the reception, and more so when it comes to children, not only did she mistreat me, but she made it clear to me that she doesn't care that I'm gone because of course she will earn the same if I leave or not, her 12 or maybe unless they pay her she will have them haha ​​in this country there is a lot of competition and doctors on all corners it is useless if they have good doctors there when the main room has a lady with so much lack of ethics my appointment was August 23, 2:30 pm I suppose that with this information they separate who was at the reception
