I see a lot of positive reviews, so it may have been just an isolated experience, but the representative at the DMV was absolutely rude. Tried to make me pay property taxes even though I completed the exemption process. Very short and disrespectful responses to questions. No one wants to go to the DMV, but for the love of God, can we hire people that don't actively make it more miserable?

This has to be one of the best if not the best DMV location in the surrounding area. I have used the services here twice now since I found out about the location. The staff is professional and very polite in dealing with the customers, I have both witnessed or experienced. If you do not mind a slighlty longer drive from the surrounding towns, the difference in wait times between here and other locations I have used is by far night and day in comparison.

I heard from friend Maysville vehicle registration was fast with very little waiting. I had spent many frustrating days and hours on those days at the Jacksonville office and wanted to give Maysville a try. A little tricky driving from Jacksonville on Hwy17 north because of the new 17 bypass around the town, since there are no signs showing where to exit for Maysville. Take the Hwy 58 south exit and the road is what you remember it to be going to Maysville. Got to the office a little early but once it opened it was easy street, I was second in line and the first guy was taken care of in no time. Brittany helped me through titling my new vehicle as a knowledgeable and courteous, true professional. Thank you Maysville and Brittany for making a Jacksonville misery turn into a quick and pleasant experience.
