This big ship on display here. My uncle James Harris ( Jimmy D.) built over 35 yrs ago. He has since passed away. He spent many may months had carving and shaping every pice of this ship even winning lue ribbons with. He donated the USS OLD TOWN as he named it to the restaurant in the town he was born in. This ship meant a great deal to him. Even though he never got the chance to build me one of my own, I got to visit his last one in person with his baby sister (my Aunt Janice Osborne). It is such a beautiful shi to look at and admire the hours of love he put into it. Thank you for keeping it on display all these years for all to enjoy.

I had the Chicken Fried Steak with corn nuggets. Crisp and tasty steak. Corn nuggets were very tasty. Wife had the Hamburger steak which she liked. Her slaw was very good. Friendly service. The place looked very clean. Would definitely return.

I had the BEST grilled chicken sandwich. I love their fried okra!! I have eaten here a few times during my visit to NC and it's a favorite spot for me.
