Exceptional service throughout the process of ordering, manufacturing and pickup. Their app to schedule pickup was easy to use and readily allowed me to update my appointment when weather forced a schedule change. At pickup, the information shared was extensive and well-communicated. The trailer was ready and built as expected. I was shown the trailer’s features and was on my way in minutes. I noticed later that they even provided stainless steel screws for the license plate - something car dealers should do but most don’t. I would not hesitate to recommend PROLine to those looking for a great trailer from a great builder.

Yesterday I picked up my trailer at NHTrailers.When I arrived, the trailer was out front and looking awesome ! All questions from the start were answered immediately and professionally, and trailer was done on production date given ,even after I made changes. Craftsmanship and Price can't be beat.I've owned several trailers, none to come close to this one in quality.I made the right choice going with a ProLine and buying directly from this builder is my recommendation and the only way to go.
