As it took me sometime to get to know this bakery. I must say Alyssa is a doll! They did an amazing job on my first order for a birthday party which encouraged me to go back for more. Three orders later her and her staff continue to accommodate the orders, timing, request and they do it with a smile. I highly recommend Alyssa's Cakery to those who love personality, honesty and some delicious cake. I never liked red velvet until I tried hers. Alyssa was absolutely amazing with communicating and making the cake even more beautiful and perfect than I had imagined, I sent photos and explained what I wanted through email without even stopping in the bakery and it was exactly what we imagined! We ordered the coconut cake with vanilla mousse and it honestly is the most flavorful, delicious cake I have ever had.
