The staff was great but I spoke with someone on the phone before going here & didn't tell me that I needed to take pictures of the back of the cable box & modem. I just wanted to cancel the sports channels & they said that I would also lose HBO & SHOWTIME which I didn't want to cancel. Not happy

I returned two cable boxes that no longer functioned for two replacements. The line only had a few people in front of me and two service personnel working the counter so my wait was short. The exchange went without any problems. I wish had put them in plastic bags, which they had, since it was raining heavily outside.

Good luck with that my friend. We have been trying for a month to get a hold of optimum to cancel our service. We returned the boxes a month ago and was told I had to call to cancel. When you call They put you on an automated hold. After you wait for about 30 to 40 minutes you get disconnected. Good luck, I wish I could help more.
I'm moving to NC. can i return my four cable boxes to the riverhead office and cancel my service.

Try to reset your router and modem. Unplug both devices. Wait 30 seconds. Plug in router then modem. This might help, sometimes it helps me.
The customer service is the worst ever. No one knows what they are doing, and you can not speak with someone on the phone. Very poor. You get what you pay for
When we got the trial 200 download, it never came? Top speed is 100, which we had before. Customer support people have NO clue of what to do, and now we have to go to the store.
I have a temporary line on one of my homes in glenwood village on 378 circlewood in riverhead . It must be 300 feet long that connects a road box to cable connection up a pole. When should I expect it to be taken care of?
