So happy to have finally moved in! My wife and I love it here already! Amenities are great, the property and grounds are clean and well kept. Very pet friendly community. Abby and Eriq were great and made moving in and all the paperwork a breeze. A pleasure to have worked with you guys and very grateful for all of the help getting us in our dream apartment! I am very happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We have lived here for the last 7 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartment staff/management has gone out of their way to make sure we feel part of a community not just a number. Ryan has been especially helpful with our needs raising a young daughter and with a little puppy while also building a new home. I highly recommend 121 Wheaton! The proximity to town, pool, maintenance staff has been great.

I’ve been living here for 3 months and I love this community! Brian helped me get in here on 2 days notice of accepting a new job and needing a place in the burbs. Abby and Bryan are incredible to work with and I feel so at home living here. Being in downtown Wheaton is a great location, and they’ve given me great restaurant recommendations. This is the most dog friendly community I’ve ever been I , and my dog loves her apartment and lets me sleep there sometimes. Below is a pic of her being the model for this community!

The overall experience was less than satisfactory. We booked the tour a few days prior and we were very excited to tour Wheaton 121. Upon entering, Abby asked a few questions and really made us interested in the property. We discussed what was important to us, our max budget, parking, and any other specifics we are looking for in an apartment. We looked at the unit for 2-3 minutes or less before we were prompted the question “are you ready to go downstairs and sign paperwork?” Which we thought was very odd. We didn’t get a chance to understand pricing before the question was asked. We finished the tour and waited for Abby to come back and give us the final price which was over the budget we provided her at the beginning of the tour. We didn’t feel like we were welcome at the building. We could feel the vibe change and we didn’t want to feel rushed, but instead felt like this was a sales tour. Ultimately this place is great but the experience and price has us very hesitant on next steps. We wish we had time to sit down, discuss pricing that fit into our budget, and when the final price was mentioned which was over budget, we basically were told “have a nice day” instead of being provided options that would fit the budget. Not a pleasant experience that we drove 45 minutes for.
