I went for a gel manicure. It took well over an hour and they came out awful. I told her she needed another coat you could still see the nail. She laughed at me. They look like this after three days. I’ll never go back. Worst experience I’ve ever had

I had a appointment for 3:00 with Judy , right when I get there she's literally starting with a client. When I asked how long because I had a appointment, her coworker states "we really busy" ... so why make a appointment if your not going to keep the appointment. I asked for square nails I got nails that were round around the edges (which doesn't look square). Judy asks me to pay first so when she colors my nails And dries them it doesn't get messed up getting the card. (Mind you I had Gel ?). I pay. As soon as she puts them to dry she walks away and never comes back to check it my nails are dry. I obviously said something because that's messed up. Will not be going back they always busy not a excuse to not finish your services and my nails look disgusting sense there not dry.
