This Chase location is so convenient, right around the corner from us, and everyone there is super nice! When I go to the drive-up windows, they all know me by name and take care of me very promptly! I've worked with the personal bankers as well, and they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great job, Chase Winfield team!!

ATM broken, management staff not customer friendly. Poor customer service skills by bank branch management. Longs waits to visit with account support (customers waiting with two of three management staff not supporting walk-in customers).

I like Chase, I've had Chase for over 10 years but this location is very inefficient, understaffed, drive through hours were wrong (I went on a Saturday and by 8:45am the drive through wasn't open yet). If you're mainly going to only have one teller then put an upgraded atm in the place of a second teller.
