One of the best gyms hands down, entire staff is the best, classes are definitely what they should be, challenging, fun and exciting. Never the same routines and family culture is the best. If you haven't been to A&D not sure where you been, but def missing out.

First class is free, $12 per class, $120 unlimited classes monthly membership... personal training, in-body scans and special programs are separate but good deals
