It seems like a nice small business. The place is clean, prices are fairly reasonable, and I haven't had to wait for a machine thus far.

2nd time here. Both the washers im using are running cold water even though its set on hot. I like washing my clothes in warm/hot water. Tried switching it to warm from hot and nothing. Other than that, price is fair (maybe explains the cold water) its nice and quiet in good location/neighborhood.

First, laundromat is kept clean and the dryers and washers work quickly. The smaller washers take maybe 20 minutes or so. Second, machines malfunction (this was the first time the machine ate my quarters in just over a year of going there), not a big deal. I left a note in their "complaint" box and the machine was fixed by my next visit and I've just received a refund for the change lost. I appreciate that they provide the facilities for their customers to be autonomous and take the time to sincerely and quickly respond when something does go amiss.
