Poor communication from Collette prior to departure that a third of the trip ( Rhine Cruise) would not happen. Missed Strasbourg, France totally and other cities. Poor communication on the trip about alternative plans. Concerns were merely dismissed.

All tours till end of 2022 require full vaccination. In 2023 domestic tour vaccine is no longer required. International tours still required at this time.
Canada has the same plugs as the USA sonic traveling from US to Canada you will jot need an adapter. If you are traveling from outside North America you will need an adapter.
Collette does not rent small vans.
