When I came here monday night 2 times the nurses and doctors were very kind to me, and got me into a room quickly. Usually I get treated as a second class citizen whenever I need medical treatment and my parents are out of town (because I am only 17 and medical services don’t like to treat minors when they’re alone) But the nurses here treated me with so much kindness. Definitely recommend going here if you are in need of medical care and are young.

Went there with my fiancé. Waited over 4 hours only to be seen by one nurse. Absolutely ridiculous. Ended up walking out even with my fiancé having shortness of breath. The nurses had attitudes and I was very patient and kind with them. The receptionist rolled his eyes when he went to the desk to sign him in. Never going back. Wasted our entire night and now my fiancé is still suffering

Yes, shoreline location will do xray and CT scans in the emergency department. It's a fully functioning ER.
The waiting room was quick but there really wasn't anyone waiting yet once in a room it took 4 hours for an x-ray and mri just to not have an answer yet. Do your work Yale!!
