I have been coming to see this Tuffy since 2019. Neil, Don, and the rest of the team are honest and hard working guys. They always treat me like family and with the highest respect. Making sure I know exactly what is wrong with my jeep and what needs to be done to fix the issue, they even take the time to show me how it was fixed. I won't ever take my jeep anywhere else because I trust these guys at this Tuffy (I now drive 30 mins just to bring my car to this specific shop but before when I first started coming here it was only a 7 minute drive it is definitely worth the trip). They don't try to over sell anyone. So thank you very much for helping me stay safe on the road. I have and will continue to send more business your way. What an absolutely amazing job you guys do.

I had just moved to the area three weeks before my visit here. I haven't built any relationships with locals yet so I didn't have any recommendations of where to take my car. I was about to get on the highway to go to a meeting when my car started making an awful noise. I was too scared to get on the highway so I pulled into a parking lot and Googled auto repair shops near me when this shop popped up. I read through some reviews and decided it was good enough given the situation of needing to take my car straight there. I called to make sure I could drop my car off and needed guidance on a rental car which they told me what was close by. I drove straight there and dropped off my car (about 4pm). Within an hour and a half they called me with a diagnosis and an estimate to fix it. I thought the price was reasonable and they told me they could have it done the next morning. I was shocked and happy they were going to have it fixed so quickly! In the meantime while I was waiting for a rental car I got to talking to someone who told me I was in good hands and that he takes all of his work vehicles there (owns or manages a company with work vehicles). Of course that made me feel better. I picked up my car at lunch the next day. The sound was gone but when I got on the highway my car was wobbling which I did not notice before (could have been masked by the issue that they fixed). I called and they had me bring it right back in and they found some of my wheels were out of balance so they fixed it for me and sent me in my way! I interacted with 4 people there and I saw the interaction between another employee and customer. All 4 people I interacted with plus the other interaction I witness was great. They all were very friendly. It was my first time having car trouble being alone and away from home but they are definitely my new shop for all of my auto needs in the area. I highly recommend them!

Brought car in to get used car inspection you tood my roommate who her and family have been coming for years you would be honest then why a month later my car won't work it wont go into gear..
