Do not go here! Crooks. Took my truck here to diagnose why I was getting an engine misfire code and rough idle. After keeping my truck several days with no communication. I call. (They lost my contact information. New computer system.) They claimed I needed new spark plugs, wires, and coils. Cost was near $1000. I said "OK, do the work." Get the truck back in a day. The problem isn't fixed. Within a mile of driving the truck I could still feel the problem. Who doesn't test drive a vehicle after fixing it? I'm not happy. I take it back the next day. They "diagnose" it again. Now tell me I need my fuel injectors replaced. Another $1000. I reluctantly agree. Get my truck back the next day or 2. I pick it up and for some reason my automatic start doesn't work. Says hood latch ajar. I try shutting it several times. Doesn't solve it. Never had a problem with it ever. I tell them and they have the "mechanic" look at it. He has no idea why and starts pulling on the spring, then tries to short it out.(major red flag, because that's how you fix something? SMH) He says they will have to order the part and replace it. (They haven't did that. It's still broken.) So I leave. Guess what? Still have the problem! $2000 later and the problem is exactly the same plus now my remote start doesn't work either. What do I do? Take it back again, and guess what? They are too busy and don't make appointments. Here I sit, out two grand and have a truck that is not fixed and getting worse. It might be time to lawyer up. Do not go here!
