Tracy at the west broad St store is so helpful and just an amazing personality. Plus the unit was clean and no bugs.

Office staff does usually follow up on questions and concerns. This is a location where there are no workers present. This leads to drug users and vagrants loitering and harrassing my family while we were at our unit. The individual was reported, no follow up yet. The said individual appeared to be under the influence and appeared to be living out of his unit. He yelled obscenities at my 3 yr old daughter and wife; but when he saw me come out of my unit. He retreated back around the corner to his unit. I was not threatened or too concerned, so I did not call the police. But I did report this to property mgmt. Whether anything was done, I am not sure as no follow up yet and I have not returned to the property yet. I will, update if I receive any correspondence. All-in-all I am happy with this property and mgmt. I just believe other's should be aware secondary to potential safety issues. I do not know what would have happened to my wife and 3 yr old daughter if I would not have been there.

Began to raise rate after only a couple of months - was more 20% more than current offer for same unit if I were to reserve a new unit. Cannot begin move out online, must speak with manager. Left voice mail and no contact. Had to email to get call back and start close out process. (Website lack transparency on process) Response to reply - yes adjusting rental rates can be reasonable & I am not saying that the company is outside of their contract terms to do so; however the percentage of change in less than 6 months of rental seems like a bad business practice. (Even more so when compared to the rates being offered to new customers)
