Hello my Name Is Sandra . I can only describe a good service repairing my vacuum cleaner, I get the parts, the bags. Very satisfied with the work they do there. I have the pleasure of recommending it.

Deceitful owner. Terrible experience. Don’t trust these high ratings. Something is up. I left my Miele, whose motor was broken, with the shop, expecting to follow up after getting the ok from my husband on the owner’s quote. I tried calling for weeks to give him the go-ahead—only to continually get an outgoing voicemail stating the mailbox was full. This went on for weeks. We eventually just bought a new vacuum. Today, finally, the owner picks up. “Hi, I haven’t been able to reach you for weeks. We had to go ahead and just buy another vacuum. May I come get the old one from you today?” He responded that I would have to pay him $50 for the estimate since we decided not to have him fix it. “You never made me aware of that policy and I signed no contract agreeing to that”, I said. He backed down. With kids in the car, I run pick it up, and throw it in my car, not thinking to examine the machine. When I get back home and unload it, I realize the power brush - the whole electrified mid-section that had been in perfect condition - was not ours. He had swapped our pristine one out and replaced it with a broken one. This one had a shattered button that not only exposed the air chute, rendering the whole wand useless, but it also prevented the telescoping feature to function. Plus, it had duct tape goo all over it (obviously somebody had tried to patch up their broken wand before admitting defeat and taking it into the shop) and was dented in many places. The darn thing is worth $200, which I know because we once had to get ours replaced (years ago, elsewhere). I am going to the BBB with a formal complaint. You don’t try to dishonesty weasel money from your customers and then steal their valuable vacuum parts and get away with it.

Honest guy and he knows his vacuum cleaners.

Our Kenmore vacuum power head stopped working. I spoke with Dennis on the phone who was super helpful. Repair estimates are free! I brought the vacuum in that day and had it back the next day for $70. Makes a repair worthwhile instead of buying a new one. I can’t speak more highly of Dennis and his business. Great customer service and a man who knows his vacuums. Thanks!

Yes we carry belts for Bissell and every other make and model. The best thing to do is to give us a call or stop by the store with the model number for the vacuum or the part number of the belt.
