If I could I would give no stars. This place has absolutely horrible customer service. Reserved a full size SUV more than a few weeks in advance called multiple time to ask questions about vehicle and representative always seemed unsure of his answers. Then asked what is the equivalent to the full size SUV in the event they didn't have the Tahoe which is what we reserved. Representative said Yukon,armada, expedition things of that nature. Pick up day comes they didn't have any of the vehicles. Then we were asked if a midsized SUV would be ok when we clearly reserved a full size SUV. Then asked if a minivan was ok when again we reserved a full size SUV. Mid size and mini vans are in categories on their own. If that is what I needed I would have reserved that. Why reserve or allow me to reserve if you weren't gonna have it not to mention call to say it's unavailable.Terrible place would not do business there ever again. I had to call numerous enterprise locations to find the vehicle.

My experience over the years with Enterprise is that for something that specific, call the location you want to use and try and make the arrangements with them. This will help ensure you get what you need.
