Do not come here if you are interested in any older gear or film gear. The staff I talked to about a camera had to google information about it and then just read the brochure. Film developing and scanning prices are absolutely insane. If you’re looking for the newest digital gear and don’t actually care about how a camera works this is the place for you. Employee’s didn’t even know what an aperture ring was, I asked to see one of the “Nikon F’s” in the case (legendary film camera) and he handed me a lens three different times, each time with me replying, “no the nikon F body” Which the prices for these were absurd as well. So in conclusion, if you’re looking for a place that can just read you the box for a new digital camera then this is the place for you. Not the store for a camera enthusiast of a place to develop a nice relationship with. They really need to hire a few people that are actually passionate about cameras.

Had to come here to get my some film scanned & printed and Justin & Kareem were super helpful. I also thought I needed my sensors on my camera cleaned by Efrim helped me out a ton and didn’t need to leave my camera overnight. Lastly I was helped by Bryan on some questions about Fuji and he spent a lot of time with me going over options. Overall a great experience here.

went here after receiving my quarterly bonus to purchase some video recording equipment. when it was time to pay they asked for my ID. I asked why their response "thats a big purchase" a white man next to me was buying twice the stuff i was but he was not asked for his ID i took my business to BH and haven't been back since

The staff have always been super nice and helpful, even getting a stuck roll of film out of a camera for me, but the darkroom seems super unorganized on the back end. I’ve consistently gotten rolls back with frames unscanned, had them send me 7 images off of a full roll of film then lose it/not send it for over a month when i gave it back for them to rescan. For what they charge i definitely expect better/more consistency, but maybe the owners just arent paying employees well or management is poor? Developing wise they have been pretty solid at least.

Just like every other store masks and social distance
They do take trades. You need to contact the store directly.
Yes from 10am-4pm
You can walk in and speak with the staff at the photo lab section. Not necessary to call. They have machines like the ones in cvs walgreens etc. where you import your photos and select what you want to print.
They do develop and print 35 mm rolls
Yes they do as trade in for upgrading or just buy depending on the equipment and condition.
Yes. 9am in back.
Check their website out or call, they just advertised a whole selection of classes
I certainly would send it in to Canon. Not much you can do with a camera in need of repairs.
They are having an assortment of classes this weekend, so check the website for descriptions and times.
You would be looking for an SD card which Unique will have available for sale at the front desk. An associate will help you pick the right size and speed for what you're shooting when you get there!
Thanks for responding and I gonna call back agin
Yes, they do. Be sure to try it out in-store before buying. Sign up for their reward program to collect points.
I also have a 7Dmkii and ive used their service. If they can't fix it on site they will send it to canon and get a quote for the repair and then you can decide on how to proceed. The rental desk in the back corner of the store can help you. These guys are great.
Pretty sure you should give them a call.
