Good experience, very good at teaching different painting techniques but... I just hate their cancelation policy. I have a life. If I last minute cancel, even if it's less than 24 hours, I should be able to get a refund or at least a reschedule option. Sometimes I plan to meet up with someone there and they end up canceling. The prices to go to these sessions aren't cheap either. They hardly ever pick up the phone either so even if you wanted to cancel before 24 hours and reschedule, it's hard to do so. I am very dissapointed with the service this place offers. $70 down the drain for nothing. It's a very frustrating experience. Even if I could get refunded half of that money I'd be happy.

Not one to take to publicly calling out a company, but it has to be done. I’ve had a horrible experience with Muse Paintbar in Port Jeff. After driving after work last night for two hours to meet my mom for a paint session that was previously booked, we were surprised that their doors were locked and there was no paint session. After calling their very impersonal contact number I left a message describing my concern and confusion as to why the store was closed when I had clearly scheduled and paid for an event. They called me back two hours later to let me know the event was canceled and a cancellation email was sent out the night before and that they would allow me to reschedule. When I explained that I did not receive the cancellation email and that I was obviously dissatisfied with the experience and that I would prefer to be refunded than to potentially go through this again, they responded that was not possible. I’ve now gone back and forth with them 3 times to try and make this right, I still have yet to receive the original cancellation email that I was told would be forwarded to me by two different people and they are refusing to refund me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company but felt it necessary to make public such a disgraceful customer service experience. All of this over 80 dollars, not the money as much as the principle! Ridiculous I’m very supportive of businesses and always do the right thing by others, I’m just disgusted with companies in this day and age that think they can scam or take advantage. #unhappycustomer not cool Muse Paintbar

Hi Alexis, no they don't have open times but you are able to paint whatever you'd like during a session/class. There is a paint cart stocked with colors you can use and you get one canvas.
