I used to work for them if customers knew really what a bathroom remodel costs they would be shopping else where since I worked for the company I seen them charge inflated prices to customers the prices they charge ,a person can get 2 bathrooms done for the same price as one with another contractor they r a customer oriented company only because of the prices they charge ,small bathroom remodel is around 40 grand way too much even with the lifetime warranty but qaulity work, good response times, legacy honors there warranty a small bathroom on the first floor should run around 15 to 20 grand if it is a tub to shower conversion, all materials should be included except the fixtures and the tile second floor should be cheaper due to being a subfloor instead of concrete

Legacy Bath and Kitchen was great. Jose/design consultant was awesome, very patient and explained everything to our understanding. The installation team members Brent & Mark did a very good job! We are truly enjoying our walk-in shower.

The fact that their first two website testimonials are titled, “Always on Time,” and “Prompt and Courteous,” is false. We worked with one of their designers, Kah, in January 2022, put down $5000, and were so excited for our daughter to have her own bathroom! It is now September 12, and we are still waiting for the job to be done; this month they say it’s the city’s permits delaying our job. We had to call our designer, Kah, in August, just to get anyone to communicate with us, and are now treated like bad customers…no apologies, no courteous staff or leadership to address not having a bath yet. Very disappointed in Legacy Remodel service and lack of communication or care waiting this long for our $25,000 remodel job; the production rep is mean and unapologetic! Formerly Rebath, which we’ve hired twice over the last 20 years, Legacy is not living up to their promises of “Courteous Prompt, always on time” service.
