It depends on what you are looking to purchase. Real estate classes are individually priced at $165 per course, but you can purchase a program which includes all of the education needed to become licensed starting at $980. U do not have to take the classes in any particular order. The 11 classes is definitely worth it because you will have to take the other classes within 2 years of actually getting your license.

Hello! Online registrations are year-round. When you are ready to enroll, we can create an account for you and assign your courses. You will have immediate access to your courses online once you enroll. Let us know if you have any questions!

Champions School's course certificates required by TREC do not expire. However, in the past, TREC has revised the education requirements needed to receive a license. If you took your courses prior to 2012-2013, there may be additional courses needed to comply.

Individual prices are on the website , same for all classes in class or online

Your renewal requirements will vary depending on your license type and which renewal period you are in. Please call your local campus, with your license information, and we will be glad to help!

The day classes are 8 hours long, the night classes are 4 hours long so it takes 4 days to complete instead of 2 days. The material is the same. You can mix and match days and nights which fit your schedule until you've completed your courses. Good luck and best wishes!

Taking the course at a campus includes the benefit of having an instructor to help you in real time! You will cover all of the material in the classroom and take your exam at the end of the last day. If you are not ready for the exam, that is ok! You can come back within 90 days from the start of class to complete your exam. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
