Looking to make another appointment in a month bc Kenneth's doesn't disappoint ever!!! I have always been super-satisfied every time I go, be it for a wax or a hair treatment!! The first trip I went, I think the woman's name was Jessica - she was super friendly and explained everything she was doing or going to be doing before she did it (think she could tell it was a new experience for me and I was nervous) - but I've honestly never had a bad experience - just booked an appointment for November to get both a wax and a hair treatment for Thanksgiving and I'm low key super excited to go back!!
