Once I gathered the courage to ask for details and experience related tips, the associate was knowledgeable and eager to help. Overall a pretty good experience, but of course as we all know, it can add up quick!

Best Ulta experience ever. Emily did my make up for a wedding and went above and beyond. Katie was kind enough to walk me out to my car with an umbrella to ensure the makeup didn’t get ruined. Highly recommend!

Love my girl Adrianna! I was referred to her by Katie the manager (who is super sweet too) from having a bad hair experience and Adrianna made me look fabulous when I left. Went and saw her again today cause my hair is falling out and she made my hair look beautiful fresh and fuller! I’m picky about my hair people cause I’m a cosmetologist, so I’m happy I found this sweet amazing girl! Highly recommend 💙❤️

I wish I would’ve had a positive experience with customer service as everyone else had, but sadly I think this is the worst Ulta I’ve been to when it comes to customer service. I’m not a high maintenance shopper by any means, but it was a super… uncomfortable experience. In every Ulta I’ve been to, you’re usually greeted with a “hi” or “welcome” (even if they’re busy) when you walk in and I didn’t get one at this location.. which was really no problem! It was the other stuff that added to that though that threw me off. As I walked around I kept noticing others around me were being asked if they needed help or how they were doing, etc. but I was being avoided completely (not sure why). The real upsetting part is when I got to the register… I had just witnessed the employee be super nice and chatty with the people in front of me so I was glad I’d be getting some kind of friendly interaction, but when I got up there ABSOLUTE SILENCE. I was told “I can take you up here” and so I walked up with a smile and set my things up on the counter… and was just STARED at. I was uncomfortable so I tried to be friendly and say “hello” and without an answer back was just shortly asked “what’s your number?” I told them my number and was ignored for most of my transaction. I asked them if they could use my points and they said yes. When the prompt to decline your card came on the screen (you have to in order to use points) they said to say “say no” and as I was reaching to do that I was beat to it by this person. I had my card out ready since the beginning of the interaction but when it came time to pay I was told the total and was awaiting the signal that it was ok to swipe but I didn’t get one so I looked up and they were just blankly staring. I thought I had missed something they said since they were staring but I couldn’t swipe yet so I asked “I’m sorry, what?” And they just repeated my total and I nodded (again waiting for the screen to signal) and I was finally able to check out. I know this all sounds like small things but they made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The rest of the transaction was silent again until they leisurely said “have a good day” without even looking at me (they were just looking to chat with other employees towards the end of our interaction) and I’ve never wanted to leave an ulta so fast. I don’t know what I did because the cashier was SO friendly to the people before me. I decided to give two stars because it was at least clean in there and they seemed to be nicely stocked.

They currently carry Estée Lauder at the one in grove city because that’s the foundation I use and I always go to that store to get it.
I'm pretty sure they do. I haven't gotten my hair done there but a lot of my friends go there and theirs always looks great.
