Friendly helpful staff and good size lake. I was looking for a place to take my friends autistic son to fish. He choose Folz and I am happy we did. The owner was very helpful and nice on the phone . And when we got there the guy helped us sign in get bait and get situated. He was so nice to us and helpful. We chose a nice spot in the shade and had a fun 4 hours of fishing. Even made a friend who shared some night crawlers yuckkkkk. Lol We caught a few fish mostly the day was spent full of laughter and smiles. May I ad the ground are clean and kept nice . Thank you Folz for a wonderful much needed day of fishing for my friends son.

Only open 24hr on weekends
Yes. $15 a person. Right now they are open from 10AM till midnight Sun. thru Thurs. And 24hrs Friday and Saturday. The $15 covers for 12 hours. They are cash only and have a no contact payment setup; put money in envelope and write everyone's names on it and drop it in the lock box.
I've got there at 11:00 pm and got checked in. You can call ahead and let them know you're gonna be after 11:00 and pay in the morning when the bait shop opens.
You can set up a tent. Cant have any dogs at lake. And lol there aint no lake charging 7.50 to fish. Sorry
Any of the hamilton county parks are nice and you can keep fish but you need license.
Folz is a catch and release only pay lake specializing in flathead and blue catfish. Tickets are $15, and the workers are nice and helpful. Look at the facebook page for info and pics.
It's $18 for 12 hour and 10 for kids. They have no boats there.
